OAC motor test bench consists of a test power supply, an electrical parameter testing system, a testing and control system, and motor detection and control report software. The experimental bench uses two test power sources to drive and drag two motors, one for motor operation and the other for generator operation. The test power source uses a static variable frequency power source, and the two test power sources share a rectifier unit. The electrical energy generated by the generator is reverse rectified by the test power source into DC power and supplied to the inverter unit of the motor operation. The power grid only needs to supplement the losses of the two motors to obtain about 70%.
The electrical parameter testing system adopts a variable frequency power testing system composed of a variable frequency power sensor and a variable frequency power analyzer. Thus, it can meet the testing requirements of low-frequency stall and overspeed of power frequency motors, as well as the testing needs of variable frequency motors. It can also test and analyze parameters such as harmonics of the test power supply. The testing system adopts DMC300 distributed measurement and control system, which is mainly used to measure non electric parameters such as torque, speed, temperature, and monitor the testing process. The testing process is controlled by the motor testing and control software. After the testing is completed, a detection report is automatically issued, and the motor is judged as qualified.
The microcontroller test bench is equipped with original industrial computers from well-known domestic and foreign brands. The result data of automatic testing of the industrial control computer hard disk is directly saved in the test industrial control computer hard disk. The test data is manually input into the testing software interface and then saved in the memory. It provides local database function, which can query the test data locally. It is designed with automatic generation of test reports and provides output printing function (equipped with HP multifunctional laser printer).
OAC motor test bench testing system mainly includes testing power supply, power switch shielding room, signal sensor, power testing equipment, automatic testing unit, control console, AC motor testing software system, database system, etc. According to user requirements, the type test loading equipment can choose from various devices such as accompanying test motors (including DC generators, AC generators, wound rotor motors), eddy current dynamometers, magnetic powder dynamometers, etc., to meet the type test needs of different motors.
