Recently, a transformer manufacturer in Shandong ordered a set of Wuhan UHV HTXZ-120kVA/120kV frequency conversion series resonance test device. As customers need to provide on-site guidance, Wuhan UHV after-sales Department immediately dispatched technical personnel to the customer site for after-sales training.

The next day, after the Wuhan UHV technical staff arrived at the scene and communicated with the customer, they learned that the customer purchased this test equipment mainly for the AC voltage withstand test of the transformer factory test. After understanding the general information, technicians and customers go to the test area to assemble and debug the equipment.

After confirming that there is no problem with the equipment, prepare to start the pressure test. The test object is a 35kV oil-immersed transformer. The technicians short-earthed the three-phase on the low-voltage side of the transformer and connected the three-phase on the high-voltage side to the high-voltage output of the resonant equipment.

After the wiring is completed, the test parameters are set, the test voltage is 85kV, and the voltage withstand time is 1min. Wuhan UHV technical staff demonstrated the manual test function of the equipment for customers, and the test results were qualified. After the completion of the test, the technical personnel also explained the connection, function, and operation of the equipment in detail to the customer's test personnel.

After the customer has a basic understanding of the equipment, the test personnel are arranged to reconnect and test themselves. Under the guidance of Wuhan UHV technical personnel, after the wiring is complete, the test parameters are set, the test voltage is 30kV, and the voltage withstand time is 1min. The test object is the same transformer, and the customer's tester adopts automatic test to test the function of the equipment. After the completion of the test, the customer said that the operation of the equipment is very simple, automatic frequency finding, voltage boost, voltage drop.
