Recently, Wuhan UHV after-sales service team was invited by Hunan customers to carry out technical training on HTXZ frequency conversion series resonance test device, HT2671 digital megohm meter, HTBC-H automatic transformer ratio group tester, HTZZ-5A DC resistance rapid tester and other products.
Subsequently, Wuhan UHV technicians agreed with Huang Gong, the on-site person in charge of the customer company, and Wuhan UHV technicians arrived one day in advance. After communicating with Huang Gong, I learned that this is a simulation of preventive tests on 10kV transformers and cables in operation, mainly to learn the test items and operations of preventive tests related to this batch of equipment.
The next day, Wuhan UHV technicians arrived at the scene and the preparation work was completed. Officially start the test, the first measurement is the insulation resistance of the transformer, the transformer high-voltage side and low-voltage side of the three-phase short-circuit, grounding of the unmeasured side, first test the low-voltage side, and then test the high-voltage side. The HT2671 digital megohm meter was used, and the measured R60=9120MΩ was not significantly changed from the previous measurement results, and the test was qualified.
Then the DC resistance of the transformer winding is measured. After the short wiring is removed, the relative center points of the phase between the high voltage side and the low voltage side are measured respectively. Using the HTZZ-5A DC resistance rapid tester, the measured DC resistance of the high voltage side is 3.113Ω, 3.113Ω, 3.117Ω, the difference between phases is not more than 2%, the DC resistance of the low voltage side is 2.102mΩ, 2.090mΩ, 2.134mΩ, the difference between the lines is not more than 4%, the test is qualified.
Then the transformer ratio measurement, the use of HTBC-H automatic transformer ratio group tester, the instrument on the high voltage side and low voltage side terminal connected to the transformer, set the transformer parameters, the measured three-phase error is 0.01%, 0.03%, 0.03%, error is less than 1%, the test passed.
Finally, the AC voltage withstand of 10kV cable, the test voltage 17.4kV, the voltage withstands time 60min, because the site only simulated the voltage withstand time only set 1min, demonstrate the wiring and use of the instrument.
After the completion of the test of all the equipment in turn, the customer's test personnel once again used the equipment to carry out various tests independently on other test sites, and they were able to complete them well. So far, the after-sales service journey successfully ended!
