Recently, the UHV after-sales team went to Xinyang, Henan Province at the invitation of the customer to provide technical training on the UHV-2000A partial discharge test system and UHV-H200A loop resistance tester for the customer.

The UHV after-sales team arrived at the customer's site in the morning. After assembling, debugging, installing and debugging the partial discharge tester, the technicians conducted a detailed operation demonstration and explanation for the customer on site. After confirming that there is no problem with the equipment, at the request of the customer, connect the tested product and prepare to start the withstand voltage test and partial discharge test.

Before the official start of the test, the customer communicated with the Wuhan UHV technicians, expressing the hope that the customer's on-site personnel could operate and the technicians would provide guidance.

Under the patient guidance of technical personnel, the customer's on-site personnel quickly mastered the operation and use of the equipment. The test product on site is a group of 7 ring main units, the withstand voltage test voltage level is 42kV, the withstand voltage time is 1min, and the partial discharge test is carried out after the withstand voltage is completed. The customer required that when the voltage was 16.8kV, the partial discharge should not exceed 20pC, and the test results were all qualified, and the test was successfully completed.

Before the guidance of the loop resistance tester, the customer's on-site personnel said that they had mastered the use of this instrument.

In order to ensure safety, after the test, the technicians also explained in detail the precautions and safety issues of the use of these two instruments for customers, so far the after-sales training has been successfully concluded.
