After arriving at Ertang Industrial Concentration Zone, Pingle County, Guilin City, the technicians communicated with Ou Gong, the person in charge of the customer company, on the spot as soon as possible, and confirmed that the after-sales training would officially start the next day.
On the day of the test, the oil chromatography analyzer was first commissioned. The oil chromatography analyzer is composed of the analyzer host, air generator, hydrogen generator, 5 9 high-purity nitrogen cylinders (also known as carrier gas), standard gas cylinders, oscillators, computers, and other parts. The carrier gas connection and oxygen interface and hydrogen interface of the analyzer are connected to the air generator, hydrogen generator, and 5 9 high-purity nitrogen cylinders respectively. The signal and data terminals of the analyzer are connected to the computer. So, the preparation of our connection part is complete.
After that, the chromatograph is made with a standard gas template, and the corresponding chromatography software is opened after the computer is turned on. When the data of the analyzer reaches the set data, use a 1 ml injector with an injection caliper, take 1 ml of standard gas, inject it into the chromatograph, and wait for the chromatograph to run automatically and complete the test. The test results are then kept as standard gas template data.
The final step is to perform an oil sample test. Put the oil sample with 5 ml of nitrogen into the oscillator, wait for the oscillator to complete the static, heating, and oscillation, or use the 1 ml injector to extract 1 ml of the oscillated oil sample gas, inject it into the chromatograph and wait for the chromatograph to complete the analysis. In this way, the entire chromatograph is tested.
Subsequently, the technicians carried out detailed and detailed training and guidance services for other equipment on site. In fact, the operation of the equipment is not difficult, the key is to be proficient in the use of the equipment, after 1 day of on-site learning, the customer test personnel have been able to fully grasp the operation of the equipment.
