The on load tap changer tester under UHV power can help many power workers conduct various power tests more conveniently.
The transformer on load switch tester is a comprehensive measuring instrument that measures and analyzes the electrical performance indicators of power transformers and dedicated on load transformer tap changers in the power system in accordance with relevant regulations such as the "Code for Handover and Preventive Testing of Power Equipment". regulations. It adopts computer control and can measure parameters such as transition time, transition waveform, transition resistance, and three-phase synchronization of on load tap changers through specially designed measurement circuits. The new testing principle, using computer technology, enables the production site to test the performance of various power transformers on on on load tap changers without dismantling and lifting switches, displaying and printing excess waveforms and parameters.
Precautions during operation:
1. The instrument can measure with a coil, but it is strictly prohibited to measure with electricity and disconnect the test end;
2. With winding test, the non test end of the transformer should be three-phase short-circuit grounded, and the instrument O end should not be grounded;
3. For loaded switches that have not been moved for a long time, the switch should be switched multiple times before the test, and the oxide layer on the contact surface and impurities between the contacts should be removed;
4. Before use, the grounding terminal of the instrument must be connected to the ground wire;
5. Do not connect more than two sets of wires together for measurement, and open unused wires;
6. Do not remove the test line during the testing process.
7. After the test is completed, turn off the instrument and then remove all wiring.
