    It mainly consists of the following steps:

    1. Take out a certain amount of transformer oil

    2. Separation of gases in transformer oil

    Transfer the spare transformer oil to the vacuum degassing device, and use the degassing device for gas-liquid separation to separate various gases and oily liquids dissolved in the transformer oil for subsequent detection.

    3. Tested by assessors

    After the gas and transformer oil are separated by a degassing device, the separated gases are sent one by one to the identification device. Gas appraisers will create corresponding identification data based on the chemical composition and composition of different gases, and convert their relevant properties into electronic data for analysis through computer display systems.

    4. Determine the type of fault

    Based on the identification of gas types contained in transformer oil, the fault type of the transformer can be determined. And take effective repair measures to promptly repair faults and avoid greater losses caused by transformer damage.
